Start-up Schemes by India Govt
The country people are getting more interested towards start-up. Everyone expects something new and out of the box from start-ups. That is why the trend of having a start-up is more accepted. Seeing the growth of start-ups, the Government of India has launched some schemes to support the start-ups. However, many small companies or start-ups get more time to flourish due to a lack of funds and other support. Start-up India Initiative This is such an initiative that has to enlighten the path of having a start-up. The Prime Minister of India launched the scheme in 2016. The Start-up India Scheme is designed to provide funds for potential start-ups or start-ups that need funds to run further. Mostly start-ups come up with new and unusual ideas. To support the budding ideas, the Indian Government has initiated this scheme. Well, there are some rules that you have to follow to get benefits from the scheme.
1. Aspire
Many people from the rural regions of India many great minds could not flourish due to lack of funds. To support the small businesses from rural India, the Aspire scheme is launched. Initially, the budget for this project was 62.5 crores which is a good amount for the start-ups or small businesses in Indian villages.
2. Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojna
This is a loan scheme which is specially designed for small businesses. If you have a good idea and want to start a small business, you can get some financial support from this scheme. Different loan levels reflect the age of the owner and the age of the start-up. Young adults having amazing business ideas are always welcomed. The term Mudra stands for Micro Units Development Refinance Agency.
3. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship
To create a start-up, you need to brainstorm, but there are some precious skills that only a few regions of India have can do a lot for the country. For example, we all know Khadi is one of the unique fabrics that only India produces. Similarly, there are various arts which can be continued if more people are trained with such skills. Moreover, having these skills will make them independent, and they can start a small business. With the help of this scheme, the Government wants more people to join the tribe and learn the traditional skills of India.
4. International Patent Protection in Electronics and Information Technology Support
Most start-ups invent new machines or products, which become common because they could not take the patent of the product. Well, having International Patent Protection is necessary so that your innovation can be unique. The Government will provide about 50% of the cost to take International patents. You should carry the rest.
